On March 5, 2024, which marks the "Insects Awaken," one of the twenty-four solar terms, an unusually enthusiastic atmosphere pervades the construction site located at B3 Zone, 1st Floor, No. 17, Alley 1866, Changtao Road, Changxing Town, Chongming Island, China. The commencement ceremony for the decoration project of GTT Shanghai New Training Center, undertaken by Shanghai  Grandview  Construction  Engineering Co . , Ltd. , took place at the construction site. Representatives from GTT , design and construction units, management companies, and property companies attended the ceremony .

The project manager from GTT shanghai Mr. Alain TESSIER, was invited to give a speech. He deeply believes that the upcoming GTT Shanghai Training Center will have a profound impact on the company's development and expressed his deep gratitude. He looks forward to Grandview demonstrating their professional spirit and turning the project into a masterpiece of high standards, quality, and taste.

        Mr. Chen Tao, the CEO of Shanghai  Grandview  Construction  Engineering Co . , Ltd., also expressed his sincere thanks to all the guests at the ceremony. He promised that the company would uphold the spirit of Lu Ban, adhere to the principle of inheriting craftsmanship, and spare no effort to ensure that the project is completed on time and with quality, delivering a satisfactory report to the owner.

         Harvey WU from Colliers Management Company, Mr. Cao from Shanghai Shenxiang Property Management Co., Ltd., the chief designer of the project Ray YANG, and the project manager Yang Haifeng also took the stage to give speeches respectively. They unanimously stated that with close cooperation among all parties, they would strictly control the quality, safety, and excellence of the project, not letting down the client's expectations and striving to perfect the project.

        At 09:58, symbolizing peace throughout the four seasons, wealth from all directions, and continuous promotion, three ceremonial hammers were struck in turn by GTT , management company, and design&construction party, followed by the sound of firecrackers. The commencement ceremony for GTT Shanghai New Training Center Fit-out project was successfully concluded. Then, champagne was popped, and suckling pig was carved, bringing the atmosphere on site to a climax. This heralded the official start of the project and foretold a future full of prosperity and success.
